I currently have a Joomla website. I have created a Joomla article category called "news", every time I submit an article in this category I want a notification to be sent to users who have our app downloaded.

The app will be split into 3 sections:

  1. Latest news - this will display a list of all the articles in the "news" category. The newest articles will be ordered 1st. Every time a new article is published in this category the mobile must receive a push notification. The user can click on an article from the list to view it in full screen.
  2. About us - This will be a simple page with a paragraph of text about the company (it can be hard coded - you do not need to get this information from anywhere.)
  3. Contact us - This will be a simple page with the company's address and contact details, we will also require a simple inquiry from which the users can fill in to send emails.

Could you please respond as soon as possible with a quote on how much it will cost and how long this development will take - also which platforms you are able to develop for ie, apple, android, blackberry, windows, etc...
