I still can't manage my calender, email and to do:
Three suggestions to make an app which has real added value:
Most offices work with Exchange/Windows
There are a lot of task/to do apps:
They look good, but can't sync with exchange. IMExchange does sync.: bad GUI, limited funcions
I recieve approx. 50 emails daily. My mailbox is my current workload. I also have a lot of meetings per day. I wan't to be able to tag e.g. 30minutes to an email. Now I want the app to block 30 minutes in my calender and remind me to handle this email. This prevents my calender to be fully loaded with meetings and I have handle my emails in the evening
My secretary used print documents for meetings and file them per meeting. She gave me the map at the beginning of the day and I had all the documents for every meeting available.
Now we work paperless, no printing, no secretary and no handy file per meeting:
I want to link emails and documents to certain meetings. This helps me to find the doc's, emails during the meeting.
This keeps my mailbox clean and tidy, and I can find the files I need.
The target market are the business or financial service markets. These people are willing to pay 8-10 euro's/dollar for such an app
